These terms apply to the PepperClub public website and pre-launch registration operated by Pepperclub Limited.
The website
This website tells you about PepperClub and lets you register for the Derby pre-launch campaign. It is not the PepperClub shopping application. You cannot place grocery orders or make payments here.
Pre-launch registration
By completing registration you ask Pepperclub Limited to create or update a PepperClub customer profile using the name, mobile number, and email you provide. You must give accurate information. The mobile number is verified with a one-time code before registration is completed.
Eligibility
Any pre-launch offer is associated with the verified customer account, not with a particular phone, browser, or QR scan on its own. We may refuse or revoke promotional eligibility where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, or misuse.
Launch timing and service area
PepperClub is preparing to launch in Derby. Timing may change. Grocery delivery will depend on service availability and delivery area when ordering opens. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular launch date, delivery slot, or product range.
The promotional offer
References to first- and second-order rewards and a period of free delivery describe a planned benefit for eligible pre-launch members. The amounts shown at registration are recorded against that registration. The benefit is not unrestricted store credit, is not activated on this website, and will apply from the PepperClub launch period, subject to promotional conditions and any order or delivery rules that apply then.
When shopping begins
When you order groceries through PepperClub, the customer terms, delivery rules, and payment terms of that service will apply. These website terms do not replace them.
Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the site, request verification codes for numbers you do not control, or use automated tools to register.
Intellectual property
The PepperClub name, site content, and presentation are owned by Pepperclub Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
